A Superb venue for any Occasion

If you are searching for a delightful purpose-built modern venue for a wedding reception, christening party, anniversary celebration, children’s birthday party, conferences, training sessions or any other function, then you need to look no further than The Ark at Turners Hill. There are three rooms available for hire at the Ark. These can be arranged with seating to suit the occasion. Please contact the Parish Council Office to book and to enquire about availability. Charities and voluntary groups should contact us to discuss hire rates.
 

The Dove Suite

This attractive room is suitable for parties, such as Birthdays, Anniversaries, Wedding receptions and Christenings. It also provides a suitable venue for business meetings and conferences being equipped with good visual aids including a projection screen.

 

The kitchen is well supplied and separate bar facilities provide all catering requirements. The Ark’s team of professional caterers can offer a choice of menus to suit the occasion or you may self-cater.

 

Double doors lead onto an outside terrace with seating.

A dance floor can be laid for parties or the main hall can be hired for an evening disco.

 

Room Size - 9.4m x 10.4m

The seating capacity for the Dove suite is approximately -

130 for a concert/conference

100 for a banquet

Available to hire from only £17.50 per hour.

 

The Deck Room

A smaller room useful for group meetings or as an additional room if hosting a party or for laying out a buffet.

The room has a small kitchenette.

 

The seating capacity for the Deck room is approximately -

22 for a concert/conference

12 for a banquet

Available to hire from only £8.25 per hour.

 

Multi-purpose Hall

This larger capacity hall is suitable for concerts, parties, dances, exhibitions and lectures as well as a range of sporting activities such as badminton.

 

Room Size- 17m x 8.5m

The seating capacity for the Hall is approximately -

230 for a concert/conference

140 for a banquet
